Our Development Services are centered on providing safe affordable housing and opportunities for home ownership for low and moderate income families.

Our "Adult Living Facility" is an independent living complex that provides affordable housing for HIV positive adults. The complex consists of one handicapped efficiency, and seven one-bedroom units.

Our "Distressed Women Facility" is an independent living facility that provides affordable housing for HIV-positive female heads of household and their children. The complex consists of nine two-bedroom apartments.

Our Countywide HIV Housing Program provides affordable housing for 20 HIV-positive individuals and their families who reside in one- and two-bedroom apartments throughout Broward County.

Single Family Housing Program provides opportunities for home ownership by providing financing vehicles, counseling, and personal finance education to assist individuals in their efforts to purchase a home.

MODCO has built one single-family house in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.

MODCO has rehabilitated 2, two-story apartment dwellings totaling 17 units.
