HOUSING SERVICES

HOUSING CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Support the clients into various forms of housing. Motivate the clients into training, education, jobs, volunteering. Work with the clients to design action plans that will help them move into independent housing.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

This is centered on providing safe and affordable housing and opportunities for homeownership for low and moderate income families.

EMERGENCY SHORT TERM SUPPORT HOUSING PROGRAM

Provides emergency transitional housing for up to 60 days.

SHARED HOUSING PROGRAM

Graduate from Emergency Short Term Support Housing to a Shared apartment in a two bedroom unit with one other person. You would have your own bedroom but share the kitchen, bathroom and living room.

SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING

This program provides opportunities for homeownership by providing financing vehicles and counseling

To assist individuals to their efforts in purchasing a home.

ADULT LIVING FACILTY

An independent living complex that provides affordable housing for HIV positive adults.

DISTRESSED WOMEN FACILITY

Provide an independent living facility that provides affordable housing for HIV positive female heads of household and their children.

COUNTYWIDE HIV HOUSING PROGRAM

Provide affordable housing for HIV positive individuals and their families who reside in one and two bedroom apartments throughout Broward County. November 28, 2010

MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT

Provides Medical Case Management services for HIV positive individuals eligible through the Ryan White Part A program. This is by appointment only. Please contact the office.

PROJECT RESCUE EX-OFFENDER MENTORING PROGRAM

This is designed to help ex-offenders and their families break the cycle of incarceration by providing extensive aftercare support services to include; Housing, Gender Specific Mentoring, Job Placement & Training, Access to other support services.

HIV OUTREACH & TESTING

Provide health education and risk reduction services through targeted street outreach. Street outreach is targeted to street corners, community parks and shopping plazas.

HOLIDAY BANQUET

Every Christmas holiday we hold a banquet for the clients, customers, employees and linkage partnerships to join together to celebrate and be thankful.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Every Tuesday and Thursday 12-1pm we host our HIV Support Group. This support group is designed to provide the following trainings: Anger Management, Financial Literacy, Behavioral Boundaries and Belief System.

ANGELS OF HOPE SUPPORT GROUP

This is design to provide support for persons who are positive through one on one and group counseling each Tuesday night at 6pm.
